At Sunnah Diagnostic, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every product is carefully prepared, packed, and shipped under strict quality standards following the principles of prophetic medicine. Because our items are natural health and herbal products, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement
We offer returns or replacements only in the following cases:

You received a damaged product
The pouch, bottle, or packaging is physically damaged, broken, leaking, or opened upon arrival. -
You received the wrong product
An item different from what you ordered was delivered. -
You received an expired or faulty product
In the rare case a product is defective or compromised, we will replace it after verification.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened pouches or bottles
- Used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging and seals
- Products purchased more than 7 days ago
3. Time Window for Return Requests
You must notify us of any issue within 48 hours of receiving your order. After 48 hours, we may not be able to process returns or replacements.
4. How to Request a Return or Replacement
To request a return or replacement, please provide:
- Order number
- Full name and contact number
- Clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging (damaged/wrong item)
- A short explanation of the issue

5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in the following situations:
- The product is out of stock after payment and we cannot fulfil your order.
- You cancel the order before it has been shipped.
- The product delivered is damaged or wrong and we are unable to replace it.
Refund processing time:
- 3–7 working days for bank transfers (after approval)
- 7–10 working days for card payments (depends on your bank/payment gateway)
- For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are made via bank transfer or wallet after confirmation
6. Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges under the following conditions:
- Product is unopened, unused, and in original condition
- Exchange request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Customer agrees to pay any additional shipping costs for the exchange
7. International Orders (UK / Europe / GCC / USA)
For international customers, please note:
- All sales are generally final due to customs and international shipping regulations.
- Replacements are only provided if the product delivered is clearly damaged or incorrect, and proof is provided.
- No returns or refunds for “change of mind” on international orders.
8. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our support team. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and it will be treated as a normal order.
