Ruqyah Water: How to Make & Use It for Healing (A Step-by-Step Guide)

Ruqyah Water: How to Make & Use It for Healing (A Step-by-Step Guide)

You have likely heard of the "memory of water." Scientists and spiritualists alike agree that water is not just a fluid; it is a vessel that holds energy.

In the Islamic tradition, when the words of the Quran are recited over water, its molecular structure changes to carry the Barakah (Blessing) and Shifa (Cure) of the verses. This is Ruqyah Water.

Living in the UK and Europe, we are often surrounded by spiritual negativity—whether it is the stress of city life in London, the heavy atmosphere of older buildings, or simply the lack of spiritual environments.

At Sunnah Diagnostic, we believe every Muslim home should have a bottle of Ruqyah Water in the fridge. It is the easiest way to treat Evil Eye, Sihr, and physical pain. Here is your complete guide to making and using it.

What You Need

  1. The Water: ideally Zamzam Water (the most powerful). If you cannot find authentic Zamzam in the UK, use filtered spring water.

    • Note: Try to avoid standard UK tap water for this, as the fluoride and recycled nature of city water is less "pure" for spiritual intent.

  2. The Vessel: A clean glass bottle or jug (glass is better than plastic for holding energy).

  3. Purity: Ensure you have Wudu (ablution).

Step 1: The Making (Recitation)

You do not need to be an Imam to make Ruqyah water. A mother’s recitation for her children, or a man’s recitation for himself, is incredibly potent.

  1. Open the Bottle: Bring the mouth of the bottle close to your lips.

  2. Intention (Niyyah): Intend that this water will be a cure for whatever ailments (physical or spiritual) you have.

  3. Recite: Read the following verses. After every Surah, blow deeply into the bottle with a light spittle (called Nafath). This transfers the vibration of the Quran into the liquid.

    • Surah Al-Fatiha (7 times) – Essential.

    • Ayatul Kursi (3 times).

    • The 3 Quls (Ikhlas, Falaq, Naas) – (3 times each).

    • Optional: Verses of Sihr (Surah A’raf 117-122, Yunus 81-82, Taha 69).

Pro Tip: If you struggle to read for long periods, or if you want a stronger potency, you can use Edible Saffron Ink (Za'faran). Write the verses on a clean plate or paper with saffron ink, wash it off with water, and drink the dissolved ink. This is a traditional method used by scholars for centuries.

Step 2: How to Use Ruqyah Water

Now that you have "charged" the water, here is how to use it effectively.

1. Internal Detox (Drinking)

  • Morning: Drink one glass on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. This flushes out "Eaten Magic" and toxins from the night.

  • During Pain: If you feel sudden anxiety or pain, take a sip and say "Bismillah."

  • Taste Change: If the water tastes bitter, metallic, or burns your throat, this is a strong sign of a spiritual affliction reacting to the Quran. Keep drinking until it tastes sweet again.

2. External Wash (Ghusl)

For stubborn Evil Eye or lethargy:

  • Take a bucket of warm water.

  • Add one cup of your prepared Ruqyah Water to it.

  • Pour it over your head and body (focusing on the back of the neck and chest).

  • Important: Do not do this inside the toilet bowl area. Stand in a clean tub or shower, and try to catch the water so it doesn't go into the sewer, out of respect for the Quran. Pour the collected water onto grass or soil outside.

3. Spraying the Home (House Detox)

Does your home in Europe feel heavy? Do you argue constantly?

  • Put Ruqyah Water into a spray bottle.

  • Spray the corners of every room (top and bottom).

  • Do NOT spray: Bathrooms or sink drains.

  • Recite Ayatul Kursi while spraying. This burns any Jinn hiding in the corners of the house.

4. Cooking

Add a splash of Ruqyah Water to your family’s tea, soup, or curry. It is an excellent way to protect children or spouses who refuse to do Ruqyah themselves.

Keep It Fresh

You don't need to recite every single day. Make a large 5-liter jug, and when it gets half empty, fill it back up with normal water. The remaining Ruqyah water will "bless" the new water (like a starter culture).
